Order Issues and Damages
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item/missing items, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. A photo of the item(s) inside the packaging it was received in must be provided. Without this photo there are no guarantees we can help. Refunds/Replacements are NOT granted for items lost, stolen, or damaged during transit or post delivery if shipping protection is not added onto order. For guaranteed refund/replacement, please add shipping protection at checkout.
Exchanges
No exchanges will be granted for any products that are not in their factory sealed packaging.
Refunds/Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. No clothing can be returned or refunded unless otherwise noted. Refunds or returns are not currently offered for dissatisfaction of product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and unused, with seal still intact.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. We do not currently provide return labels.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Return shipping will be refunded ONLY if the issue was a result of our service. Please note a 3% processing fee will be deducted from all refunded orders unless otherwise noted.

Cancel/Edit Order:
Once a tracking number has been associated with the product, there will be NO cancelling of the order. You will have to return the shipment. Cancelled orders, unless otherwise noted, will retain a 3% processing fee. The remaining amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
Emailing prior to an order being fulfilled does not guarantee the order can be edited with the request at hand. Typical response times are within 1-2 business days.
Typical shipping times for supplements are 5-8 business days. This includes 2-3 days to process the order, and the remaining time for it to be shipped and received at the address.
All orders automatically have shipping protection added to them. If shipping protection is removed, there are no guarantees refunds or returns will be accepted for damaged or lost products.
Customer is responsible for any duty/import fees that may occur when shipping products outside of the US.
